Double-sided Modified Asphalt Self-adhesive Waterproofing Membrane

Description

Self-adhesive waterproof coil that can be bonded on both sides, one side is bonded with the base layer, the other side is bonded with the protective layer or finish layer, convenient construc­tion. Widely used in roof, basement floor, roof, shear wall pool and other non-exposed waterproof engineering.

SELF-ADHESIVE COIL (DRY LAYING METHOD)

1) Base treatment—-> additional layer construction—-> large surface construction—-> exhaust compaction—-> closed water test
2) When the rolling material is pasted, the self-adhesive bottom surface isolation paper should be torn. Large area should be placed before the additional layer of Yin and Yang Angle and node sealing treatment.

SELF-ADHESIVE COIL (WET PAVING METHOD)
■ Base treatment: the base should be dry, solid, smooth, clean, no sand, dust and dirt. The rolling material is bonded to the base with cement slurry or cement mortar: when the cement glue is used, the dosage of rubber powder is 3%-S0/o of the weight of the cement; When cement mortar is used, the ratio is cement: medium sand =1:2. The actual water addition needs to be combined with the moisture level of the base site. It is recommended to use ordinary Portland cement with strength grade 42.SR. After mixing the cement slurry and cement mortar evenly, scrape and apply to the base.
■ Large surface construction: lift the coil to the predetermined position to be laid, pre-spread the coil, fully release the stress, set the reference line, lift the isolation film on the bottom surface of the coil, set one end of the coil, and then push the coil while rolling to both sides and the front with the press roll exhaust adhesive maintenance: maintenance for 48 hours after the completion of the coil laying (the specific time depends on the ambient temperature, under normal circumstances, The higher the temperature, the shorter the time.)

Matters needing attention

1) Coil should be stored in a dry and ventilated envi­ronment. Different types and specifications of coil should be stacked separately.
2) The storage temperature is not more than 45° C, the horizontal storage of the coil stacking height is not more than five layers, vertical storage single-layer stacking.

Note: Because the product is mechanized one-time molding, it is normal for the size of different batches of products to have certain industrial errors, which will not affect the quality of the product.
